Context
Grupo Bafar operates plants and distribution centers across several states. IT operations were fragmented across vendors and executive visibility was limited. ERP, quality systems and logistics continuity depend directly on the network.
Design
We consolidated LAN, WAN and perimeter security under a single provider on the Fortinet platform operated under SLA. SD-WAN between plants and offices with LTE backup at critical sites. FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer installed on the client's own infrastructure to maintain control and traceability.
Operation
Per-plant onboarding with a repeatable template, remote validation before cutover and documented NOC hand-off. Single service desk with escalation to network engineering and the SOC for major changes.
Outcome
Sustained 99.9% monthly availability, significant reduction in change deployment time and monthly executive reporting presented to the technology committee.
