Context
Grupo México needed to extend and modernize CCTV across industrial sites with demanding operational conditions. Cameras from multiple brands and generations coexisted, with disparate image quality and retention policies.
Design
We standardized on Axis and Hikvision at new sites while maintaining interoperability with legacy cameras. We integrated with the client's central monitoring and corporate network using dedicated segmentation to avoid traffic contamination.
Operation
Per-site deployment with field crews, remote configuration from engineering and per-module quality validation. Audit-ready documentation for internal and corporate security audits.
Outcome
More than 2,000 cameras integrated into the client's unified platform with cross-visibility between physical security and operations. The annual internal audit closed with no technical findings.
